Life is Precious Program
The Life is Precious continues to provide its core services to Latina teens at-risk of suicide and their families. Through teleconferencing we provide academic support, creative arts therapies (poetry, art, music), health and wellness activities, case management services and family support.
New activities have been added to meet the tremendous stressors facing our Latino families including weekly parent groups and access to concrete services including food and benefits. All services are available in English and Spanish. Creative arts therapy continues to be an important outlet for the teens to express their fears and sadness.
